Cancellation & Refund

At ShopZuhoor, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Order Cancellation


  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:


  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You initiate the return request within 2 days of delivery.

Note: Products purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged during delivery.

3. Refund Process


  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be initiated through bank transfer or UPI after verifying details.

4. Exchange Policy


  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order as per your preference.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned period, please:


  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
